Ugh...
Guru Josh Project - Infinity (NG Dance Version)...
You took the vocals, added the trumpet, offbeat... i mean its IN beat, but according to the original, which is what ill put my mind too. It just sounds plain wrong. I THINK its the breakbeat doing it.
So yeah the top line basicly explained it all, this is the original gone NG dance noob on everyones ass. Its clipping, and it has some major mixing errors aside of the from the fact that the structure is even more boring than the original. Its higher BPM, and LONGER... you repeat the same parts over, and over, and over, and over again. Now im not one of those ADD impaired NG'rs, i actually like something repedative, it just needs to not suck this much... i believe would be the simplest way to put it...
Oh its TIMM43!? Hey dude! Mam, sir?...mom? :S
Sooo, thats my review... its what i think and there are absolutely no tips in there... i should write some.
Clipping - please fix it. Do that by lowering the volume and compress that badboy. Make sure nothing maxes out your dB meter, eaaiest way of putting it!
Repedativeness (Im 100% sure thats mispelled) - THe original is 3 something minutes long i think, and THAT one is slower, and THAT one has gotten some repedativeness complaints from many producers. So, you having it faster, and much longer, just makes this very, very longstretched. So i guess my tip here would be, to either make a club mix next time, if you want a longer song, or to shorten it down to a radio mix. Because this isnt an extended mix either... its just, one song repeated three times. Basicly...
The breakbeat thing - make sure your beats enhance the experience of the main attraction (vocals, lead, whatever...), not subtract attention away from them. I do not only think about the intro, the climax is very, weird, the original riff was intended for electro usage, that in a saw lead and with newbie NG dance beat just sounded plain wrong and weak. And very crowded and loose...
4/10 (its a song nontheless, giving it a 4/10.)
2/5
Yeah... uhm, yayz on the top 5, grats.
Cya!
